Rebecca Ballstaedt is a Level 1 CrossFit certified trainer who has completed the Running, CrossFit Kids, and Nutrition specialty certifications. Rebecca, a lifelong athlete who played softball, rugby, and volleyball at the collegiate level, recognizes the benefits CrossFit provides to both competitive athletes as well as individuals from all backgrounds and fitness levels looking to improve overall health and mental toughness.  Rebecca loves working with children.  She is consistently able to make exercise fun and challenging for kids while helping them grow healthier, stronger and more prepared for a lifetime of fitness.  She helps kids learn to set goals and overcome their perceived mental and physical limitations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brandon Bickmore is the owner and a Level 1 CrossFit instructor, and holds Mark Ripptoes barbell certification.  Brandon has played competitive football, basketball, baseball, soccer, is an avid golfer.  He has also lifted weights all his life and believes that nothing out there compares to CrossFit. “I found Crossfit and I was hooked.”  CrossFit has changed his life and the way he views exercise.  It forced him to look at life in a more positive manner.  Brandon discovered CrossFit in 2007, and after seeing profound changes i n his own performance and appearance, he dove head first into the CrossFit methodology and lifestyle and never looked back.  Brandon opened CrossFit Draper in 2009 to help people of all fitness backgrounds, and ages reach their optimal health potential.

 

 

 

 

Nicholas Ballstaedt holds a Level 1 CrossFit certification, he also holds several specialty CrossFit certifications, including nutrition, and CrossFit kids.  Nick has an athletic background that began in high school where he played Rugby for the national championship team Highland High School.  He also played football and trained for his sports with powerlifting routines. His passion for health and fitness continued from there with years of strength and endurance training.  Prior to finding CrossFit, he was training for marathons, running his best marathon in 3 hours and 44 minutes.

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

Hillari Eaton is the manager of CrossFit Draper. She is also Level 1 CrossFit Certified and the CrossFit Games 2009 Regional Qualifier winner.  Hillari took up CrossFit in August 2008.  Being in the fitness industry since 2004 always athletic, Hillari competed in gymnastics, and cheerleading, and found that CrossFit complemented each of these pursuits.  She saw great appeal in CrossFit's quick, intense workouts because they prepared her for her various athletic interests.  Hillari loves pushing people to their physical limits to help them discover what they're capable of, and feels that CrossFit's wide range of functional training is the best way to do so.
